- Booking Confirmation: All bookings must be made in writing or by email. A 20% deposit is
required to
confirm a booking.
- Payment: Full balance must be paid one month prior to arrival for Normal Season and 45 days
prior for High Season.
- Cancellation Policy:
- 90-60 days prior: 20% of total cost charged
- 59-35 days prior: 30% of total cost charged
- 34-20 days prior: 50% of total cost charged
- 19-Arrival date (No Show): 100% of total cost charged
- Responsible Wildlife Viewing: Guests must adhere to wildlife viewing guidelines to ensure the
preservation of the Maasai Mara.
- Extra Charges: Additional activities and services may have supplementary fees. Prices are
subject to
change without notice.
- Children Policy: Children below 3 years old sharing with parents in one tent are free.
- Christmas/New Year Supplement: Applicable on specific dates. Additional charges apply.
- Park Fees: Park tickets must be purchased from Narok County Council and are subject to change.
- Waste Management: Guests are required to dispose of non-biodegradable waste responsibly.
- Exclusive Use: Exclusive use of the camp can be granted for groups with a non-refundable
deposit.
- Ground Package: Rates include meals, game drives, and transfers from Musiara Airstrip.
- General: Hammerkop Migration Camp is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage during the stay.
Guests are responsible for travel insurance.
